Day 36

Dec. 11, 2017
Woke up around 9am.
I knew I would be able to get a lie in today as the floor is complete, and the Home Depot delivery is scheduled between 10-2.
So I woke up and made some tea. Sat down and started getting everything organized for the purchase order I will be doing later in the day. Around 1:30pm the delivery arrived and he was able to place it near the home this time. I was so happy about that. This will save me a great deal of walking back and forth across the property for materials. Once he finished I immediately got in the vehicle and headed straight for HD to put in the order for the roofing material.

Now that this has been ordered I feel a lot better. I was originally told the deliveries
were booked until after Christmas, but they were able to squeeze me in within 7 days. This means I can continue building without sitting around waiting for materials.

In order to relax from all this stress I took all of my notes and project paperwork and headed into town to the local hookah bar. I sat there for about 3 hours and was able to relax and get a good grasp on final budget costs and an estimated timeline for the rest of my time here. The place was really nice and they even threw in an ice tip as a first-time customer reward. Which is something I had never previously heard of, but it made smoking shisha a heck of lot smoother. IMG_4049

This was definitely a better way to end my day as opposed to yesterday.
