Woke up at 4:00am
This was a pleasant awakening as the wife and I found out we are going to have a baby boy today! She called me after the ultrasound and sent me the photos. Obviously, I was unable to go back to sleep after this.

Around 6:30am I got up and started making breakfast and coffee.
It was still raining of course. I made corned beef and hash with eggs. Without sounded too much like a hipster I will say that I do prefer my coffee out of a french press from now on.  I bought a special cowboy coffee version of the Kona coffee, which makes
all the time and effort worth every cup.

Afterward, I went to work placing the next two bases and leveling them off. Once this was complete, I started cutting posts to go on and managed to get 4 of them done before I had to leave to exchange the car for the van. The new renter Amy was at Hawaii University and I quickly filled her in on the car and it’s lacking features. Such as AC, defrost, windows that don’t work, you know, the things necessary to drive safely in a humid environment. Luckily she was nice enough to drive me to go pick up the van I would use for the remainder of my rental purchase. She even waited for me to make sure the van was ok and that I wouldn’t be stranded, before taking off. Which was super cool of her. I hope her all her classes went well and her graduation went seamlessly. With these cars, there is no telling what will happen. But where ever she is, I just
want to say thank you for your assistance, and I know the oceans will be much safer with you looking after them.
